As normally we made slight changes based on the old sample for the new part design in order to make client have their own design. And the design change service is free in our company. For this reason, most customers would like to make the new products design different with the old design. 

With orignal samples, scaning the sample and then making the new design. Finally make the changes according customer's request. The original sample make the product design job simple.

Mould 3D design is second process of pruducing one set new plastic injection mold. Xiongshi Mould have a reliable and exprienced design team. We also can avolid the part design mistake on the first stage. DFM analysis report and MoldFlow analysis report can be provided by us. But normally for some wall thickness not even and design structure complex products. Obviously archive box design not complex and its wall thickness very even. So DFM and Moldflow analysis is actually not necessary for this file folder mould. We can just simiple design the hot runner gate on the same place of the original sample.

Mainly tooling process include steel cutting, rough CNC milling tooling, drilling hole tooling, high speed CNC engraving tooling, polishing, etc. This product need high shinning gloss polish.

Moulds test with red colour PP material and semi-transfer colour PP material. Due to mould test injection machines everyday testing with different plastic material and different colour, so always can not clean the injection machine barrel and screw. Mold test samples often with mixed duty colour.

File box front cover mould and back cover mould are made with hot runner system. Most of our hot runner system are made by local high quality hot runner supplier. After customer checked and confirmed the mould test samples quality, we can start to pack the moulds with export standard wooden case. The wooden case made by unsolid wooden, so there is no need to do the fumigation treatment for the case.
