Some customer's company have ability to make the new 3D parts designs, they would like to make the cup designs by themslef and send them to us once the designs got ready.

We scan the orginal cup samples, and make the new cup design with this scan data, make little changes according customer's request. Meanwhile we can arrange to make the 3D printing sample to check the new design.

To make mould 3D design, we need customer provide us the detail specification of the injection machine. Below pictures is an example. 

If customer can provide plastic material specification also will be better. Especially on the plastic material flow rate. Another thing, if have special request on the mould cooling line fittings, need to inform us. So we can design the same on the mould to avolid the mistake during mould delivery. Because we will change all the cooling fittings with new ones just before mould delivery.
